Geoff Aylmer is an IT manager who lives in West Riverdale, Tasmania. His first experience with depression was back in 1984 and completely unexpected. He was ambushed as it were, by an insidious and debilitating disorder he knew little about. Since then, and after several more episodes, Geoff learned a great deal about depression and how to survive it.

This book is a chronicle of his experience and a document as to how he approached and overcame the illness. Every person's experience is different, but Geoff has methodically researched and presented his ideas so that other sufferers can benefit from his methods and success.

The book is short, concise and written without medical jargon, so that readers can learn step by step, how Geoff has dealt with his depression.

Dragon... My Tale is a valuable handbook for anyone touched by depression.
