I have done a Standard/Express book. Can I change it to Super Express?
Because our Super Express books are manufactured in a different factory, so we can achieve the faster turnarounds, there is no way to convert a Standard/Express book to be a Super Express book. The only way to do a Super Express book is to choose that style of book when you start.
Do I need to pay for express delivery on a Super Express book?
Yes you need to pay for the express delivery in order to get a 1-2 day turnaround. The extra you have paid for the book is to get you "Super Express" manufacturing. If you order by 11am on any work day, it will be dispatched that day.
Can I get express delivery on a Canvas Print?
No, because of the size of canvas prints, express delivery is not an option.
